Question about Dell 962 Photo All-In-One InkJet Printer
Sometime you have problem to talk to them it is better to talk to dell technical as long you have warranty with them they are great at solve my problem go to dell technical chat room and they will help you! They are wonderful ,They help with my computer for year to come.sometime talk to them over the phone help ,too.
I agree. It's always better to call or email the manufacturer first if you have a problem. Dell's support forums are usually quite good.
