6 x CD storage system will not play cd's

I have a problem with my Denon D-C30 6 x Disc storage system that I hope you can shine some light on for me.
The problem is as follows:
*CD's load fine in to the individual trays, the motor spins round but the cd's will not engage to play?
I have cleaned the lens with a Scotch CD Laser Lens Cleaner (which loaded in to the tray but again just spun around without engaging). I have also cleaned all cd's entering the system. The motor spins but the cd's will just not play?
I would be very grateful for any advice.
