Question about Cell Phones
Phone is locked to the optus network but hasn't been active for two years. I would like to use the phone for my 12 year old son but don't want to use optus. Is it possible to unlock the phone?
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

You will need to use Optus to access the internet from your mobile (the data rates are way cheaper than Telstra anyway) as there is the internet connections are completely seperate. You'll still be able to check your Bigpond email though. Check the Telstra website for the "SMTP settings" you need.
