Video Plug-IN? Are you saying there is no display on the lcd screen?

Shine a flashlight on the dark screen to see if you barelysee the icons on the desktop. If so, then the LCD Inverter is bad.

Plug in an external monitor and see if the display shows up on it. It can beany kind of monitor even the old big fat crt monitors as long as it has a vgacable to connect to your computer's vga port. If so that proves yourvideo card is ok. The video will show on most systems when you rebootwithout you having to do anything. Some systems will require you to hit the FN(Function key) + F1 thru F12. Hold down the FN key then hit the correctkey for displaying on the monitor (F1 thru F12). The correct key willnormally have CRT/LCD on it or it will have the icon of a display.

If you see no icons by shinning a flash light and the external monitor works,then your screen is bad. If you see no icons by shinning the flash lightand nothing shows on the external monitor, then most likely your video card isbad.

First do a cold start, unplug from AC, remove battery, leave battery out for now, plug into AC, Boot normally. If that fails, and it returns to safe mode, run MSCONFIG, check the Normal Statup circle and click OK restart your machine. Respond to post for further assistance.

I cant hook it up to the tv

Run a three color AV cord (red, white, yellow) from the output of your surround sound receiver to the "DVD" input on your TV. The yellow is for video and the red and white are for audio so make sure you plug the tips into the same color ports. Now look at where you put the 3 color cord (AV cord) into the TV, which "input" did you use? Video 1 or Video 2 more than likely. Now turn your TV on and in the menu settings select the same video input you hooked the AV cords into on the back of your TV. This will get your theater set up. The remote is slow to process after you push buttons so give the remote a few seconds to respond.

If this for xbox 360 make sure your head phones are plugged in all the way and adjust the volume also if you press the guide button on the controller and go:

setting
preferences
voice
and adjust your preferred setting.

Panasonic SA-AK22 gets power when plugged in but does not respond to any other buttons being pressed. Sounds like it is trying as it clicks when button is pressed and then clicks again but nothing happens

try hard reset (hold down the power button and the central button until you see Apple logo on screen). If this wont help then use RESTORE.

No power; no stand by light on the console. Cant get it to respond at all.

1. check power unit first
2. if power unit does not work replace it
3. 9 times out of 10 this would need to be serviced by nintendo if you cannot get service then check into 3rd party servicing with will run your $100 upwards.

I cant get the drums to work on my ps2 how do i get it to work

If the drums are not responding then switch the USB port you are using, move then from the four way plug into to open port on the ps2, I had this same issue and this fixed it.

Zen V is dead
"If your Zen V is dead, wont respond to anything, try this, plug it in to the computer, hold the power switch in the on position, THEN trigger the reset button, worked like a charm for mine, I had thought it a lost cause."
