My i pod is diaabled i want to listen to music **** i cant because i got my password wrong to much times how can i fixs that so i can go back on my ipod toch?

Plug in your iPod Go to "My Computer"

Go to your iPod's drive (it may vary to take note of the drive that will show up after you have connected your digital music player)
Make sure you can see all hidden folders (If you aren't sure go to Tools, Folder Options, View Tab, and check Show)
After that click iPod_Control
Click the folder called "Device"
And then change it from _locked, to _unlocked

My i pod touch says "i pod is disabled- connect to itunes, had forgotten password and thought it was this and it was not and now thats what it says and can't do anything with it now

if you have forgotten your password, then the only solution is to restore it. this means that it will restore the ipod to its factory default settings, with all the music, vidoes, etc. deleted off of it. instructions are here http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414 Hope that helps

My daughter was playing with my i pod touch.i cant get it open.i do have a passcode.but is says.i pod is disable.how can i get it unlocked

The iPod touch was disabled because the wrong password was entered too many times.

Connect the iPod to the computer you normally sync it with. After that you will be able to unlock it.

How can i unlock my i pod touch if i forgot the password

You need to restore it with your itunes library. If the ipod is not yours or you purchased it from someone or what ever you can bypass this by turning your ipod off ... hold the bottom button when you connect it to your pc it should ask you if you want to restore the ipod ...all info on the player will be lost but you cant use it anyway when it is locked hope this helps

I pod touch

ipods are only designed for itunes so windows shouldn't recognise media player, any way, the new software for ipod touches is greater, meaning your computer/windows media player wont recognise it, only itunes will.
Cheers

UHG!

your computer has its own personal i-tunes for your i-pod and all your music is saved to that computer so if you plug your i-pod into someone elses computer it will eighther sync all thier music to your i-pod or it will erase all the music on your i-pod they dont have on thier computer...my sujjestion is to buy a plug in to the wall charger for your i-pod if your barely home to charge it. that way you keep your music yet charge your i-pod to.
