Cannot reset clock on my electric stove after a power failure!

I have a GE model JBP 21GV2AD Electric stove. We had a power failurelast night that requires me to reset the digital clock. The letters"FFF" appear in the window that usually shows the time. I have tried toreset the clock by pushing the clock button and using the "up"and "down" buttons to no avail. The letters "FFF" are frozen inthe window.. and the digital numbers will not appear..Please help!

Thanks!

I have a GE stove. We had a power failure this week. The oven will not work until I re-set it. The light is flashing "PF" [power failure]. I've tried to "clear" it but I have not been able to re-set it no matter what buttons I push.

my problem seems similar - it flashes "F116" where it usually shows the time. I tried to press other buttons, but nothing seems to help

Unplug the stove for 10 minutes, then plug it back in.
This should resolve your problem...

I have a frigidaire electric stove, model # 316433603 there is power to the stove the only working is the clock

General answer for all electric stoves: Electric stoves are usually 220V in the USA. The clock is 120V. My first "guess" is that you have 120v to your clock and maybe light if the stove has one. You should have a separate 220v power cable ( see photo attached) that will power the range itself. The cord may be missing ( simple to unbolt), the cord my be unplugged, or the 220 circuit may be turned off at the fuse box or circuit breaker.

Reset clock and oven light came on flashing

THERE IS A PROBLE WITH THE ERC (CLOCK) NOT TO SURE IF I WOULD USE IT EITHER. THE PART IS EASY TO CHANGE JUST TURN POWER OFF AT THE BREAKER FIRST. YOU CAN FIND THIS PART HERE.

My GE Oven heating element and timer clock went

Try unplugging the oven and let sit for 10 min. This will reset the curcuit board and reboot the electronics. You may have to pull out the stove o get to the cord.

GE Stove clock shows FFF and oven will not work

GE Error Code: FFF
Condition: Door motor safety circuit
Fix: Repair Electronic Range Control (ERC)

Usually, failure happens after power surge.

Code fpf flashes on clock on ge elec stove model jbp26gs1ad

I am sorry, but there is no such error code mentioned among the GE Fault codes.Or this could possibly be because of a faulty display. The display can be replaced on a call.
Else the possible error code similar to this one is "PF" which refers to power failure but generally not related to kitchen range.
Please do check if there is a display change of the error code and post your valuable comments. would be glad to help.Good luck.

PF on Whirlpool super capacity 465 electric Stove Model RF366PXGW2

PF = Power Failure. Sounds like you have a bad electrical connection. With your breaker off, check that the connections from the cord to the range are all good and tight. Next, check the receptacle where the cord plugs in. Remove the cover and check the connections there as well. Examine the power cord also. There could even be a poor connection at the breaker box (at the circuit breaker or the neutral buss bar) but not as likely, as your problem appeared when you moved your range.

Try removeing power too unit for a couple minutes. You can due this by turning off breaker. Sometimes this will reset board. If not, you may need an ERC board.

Surface units working, oven is not. clock panel is blank.

Sounds like your going to have to replace the control board. Sometimes after a power failure there's a surge when the electric comes on and this can fry a control board.
