Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies

1 Answer

I was in the process of printing some pictures when it stopped and only printed half of a picture. I checked the stauess of the printer and it said there was an error. I tried to cancel/delete the printing but it has done nothing and I can print any more pictures. Please let know what I can do to get rid of that document and start printing.

If the job is hung in the print que, and it will not delete, turn the printer off, then shut down the system. Turn the printer back on, and re-start the computer. This should clear the data spool that you were not able to delete.

Are you using a large image size, try smaller size file..Its a data processing problem. clear the memory of the printer. If persists it could be a lose data cable in the printer if the printer has had a knock

It only prints half of the picture. How do you remedy this?

The printer driver is corrupted and needs to repair it by adding new printer with the same printer name and set it as default. Then delete the old printer icon. If prints the test page, then it solves your problem.

If still not working, uninstall and reinstall the printer driver which will refresh the printer driver itself. then set up the printer again.
