Re: samsung L200 digital camera
you don't need software
connect your camera
open (my) computer
look for a hard drive icon that wasn't there before (its the hard drive in your camera)
click on it and inside there will be 2 or 3 folders
one of these will have your jpegs in it
click on a pic and it will open with windows photo viewer or similar
copy and paste to wherever you want.

You dhould have gotten a USB cabel with your camera One end would connect to the camera and the other end to your computer You should have also received a CD with some software that you would load onto your computer that would assist you in downloading and organizing your photos If you did not receive these items you need to go back to your retailer and get them
THERE ARE A COUPLE OF WAYS TO GO ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. THERE ARE SOME PHOTO PROGRAMS THAT ARE PRETTY GOOD AT RECOGNIZING CAMERAS TO DOWNLOAD YOUR PICTURES. THEY ARE WINDOWS PHOTO GALLERY AND GOOGLES PICASA YOU DO HAVE THE PROPER CABLE TO CONNECT YOUR CAMERA TO A USB PORT ON YOUR COMPUTER? THAT'S A MUST. OK, ABOUT THE SOFTWARE. TRY GOING ONLINE TO THE SAMSUNG SITE AND ENTER 350SE AND SEE IF THEY DON'T HAVE THE SOFTWARE YOU NEED ONLINE THAT YOU CAN DOWNLOAD. MOST CAMERA MAKERS HAVE THERE SOFTWARE ONLINE. WINDOWS XP AND VISTA HAVE QUITE A LOT OF CAMERA SOFTWARE PRE INSTALLED. YOU MIGHT TRY SHUTTING DOWN YOUR COMPUTER, THEN CONNECTING YOUR CAMERA AND THEN BOOTING YOUR COMPUTER AGAIN AND SEE IF YOUR COMPUTER RECOGNIZES YOUR CAMERA. IT'S A CHANCE WORTH THE TIME. HOPE THIS HAS GIVEN YOU SOME IDEAS. NEED MORE HELP, REPLY TO: ARCLIGHT1217
