Ignition switch could be "sticking" on the Acc. position. Under normal circumstances when the ignition switch is in the Acc. position the gauge lights come on and nothing else

My xperia x10i fell in water i have dried it 4 about 60 hours everything is working fine else than its backlight

The water that remained on the backlight section conducted as this section had voltage for the back light LED's resulting in failure of a track or a fusible resisitor on the board.
You need to use a good magnification glass or inspection lens with a desolderring station to touch up the cracked or damaged area to restore the connection to the backlight LED.

There are several bulbs on the back side of the cluster assembly. Sounds to me like you need to replace the one that burned out.

Dash lights

Your bulbs to backlight the dash are burnt out. BUT, the good news is: It is EASY to pull the instrument pod.Remove the plactic fascia, and then remove the 4 bolts arounf the pos. Pull the pod towards you, top end first, and press the release clips on the severasl wiring connections. Then repplace whatever bulbs you need to. Plug i the wires & whap it back together. The wire connections are foolproof, one cannot be inserted into anothe hole. Nice.
