The machine, based on the error code, is made by Frigidaire for Kenmore. Error code E20 pertains to a slow or no drain problem which can be due to a clogged/kinked drain hose, blocked drain filter/coin trap, or a broken drain pump. Have you took the front cover off and looked for the strainer which is located before the water pump. I have seen many of them plugged tightly, causing the water not to drain. Look inside the owners manual that came with the machine. It also should give you some things to check that would cause the code E20 to keep flashing. Hope this helps.
