Question about iLO MP3 Player

1 Answer

Won't Turn On

My son was going to sell his MP3 player so he deleted all of his personal files. Now it won't turn on. I thought he may have deleted the files that made it work properly, so I retrieved all of the files and reloaded -- it still doesn't turn on. Any suggestions?

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Won't turn on

Please give some more details.
I suppose it's the problem that your Sansa e250 MP3 Player won't turn on.
You could turn to Sansa official support.

My visual land vtouch won't play my songs

Make sure the audio file is supported by the V-Touch. If not use a audio converter (Freemake has a great one for free) to turn it into a .MP3 or .WMA audio file. If not you will have to format the player this deletes ALL data that you have ever put on the player.

Hi there,

I Suggest you create a back up for all the files, the have your mp3 player reformatted. After that put back the files then charge it.

My mp3 player won't turn on. the only message its giving me is, that its to full and i need to delete songs. how do I do that because it won"t turn on enought for me to delete songs?

Try this solution...

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio
Books, Apps,etc. from MP3 Player/Ipod
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Connect/Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release,
right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
BE CAREFUL and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.

Non-supported fomat detected use the philips media converter otconvert files to the devicr. Flashing when music is playing and some music won,t play and it won,t delete.

The HDD series GoGear is only compatible with older DRM licenses. You will have to load files that are in mp3 format to have any success at all with this series of GoGear.

System error prob.

The "File System Error" message is bad - it means that, rather than deleting just music files, you have accidentally deleted a key system file required for the Go Gear to operate properly. If you are still under warranty, call Philips and get a replacement GoGear, because they do not provide replacement files.
