Question about Samsung Katalyst SGH-T739 Cellular Phone
The phone takes only mp3 format songs and the program we are using to syncronize music to the phone says they are mp3 format songs but there not but the computer thinks they are so when i try to convert them it converts the songs to a format the phone dosen't take. the songs will show that they downloaded on the phone but there not really there so i can't listen to them or add them to the playlist.
Download samsung pc studio 3 from their website its free then in the multimedia player page convert the songs from your wma (windows media audio)format to mp3 format then transfer to your phone. you can even edit the songs to your favorite place in the song and have that as a ringtone. for nomobud convert them using this program , because they will download like you said but the phone reads them as files not mp3 therfore no music but the files are still there.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
