Question about GoVideo VR3840 DVD Recorder/VCR
When I load a DVD to play or record it reads the disc and then ejects it and I receive a message that it is "unknown disc, check disc". It was working fine, then the next time I tried to play or record a disc I received the message. I also tried to call 1800-736-7679 and a recording tells me that I have reached an unassigned number try another number. That is the only number in the manual. I tried to resolve the problem by unpluging the DVD for at least 5 seconds. I even tried using the DVD sent to me some time ago to to upgrade. Nothing worked.
3 out of 10 will record 30-40 min and say DISK FULL..
2+ out of 10 I'll record 2- 1 hour shows then I'll
get a " disc unknown " error...
www.govideo.com site NOR firstname.lastname@example.org works..
did they go out of business ?
who bought them ? where's the support ?
