HP CM1312 nfi MFP laser printer black cartridge was loaded but the printer screeches and tries to calibrate but puts out totally black pages

The problem was/is HP did not lubricate the drum wiper blades at all.
Excerpt from HP Statement: "In extreme cases the blade can be ripped off the cartridge and be found inside the printer."

I owned HP CM1312 mfp. I have problem with color prints. No any color is printed except black. I changed dc controller but the problem remains... Could you please help?


I hope you did calibration..The Flat cable from laser scanner assm to DC controller is very short & narrow, while connecting it to DC board little bit it will come out at scanner assm PCB, remove upper portion up to laser scanner assm refix flat cable both ends of DC & laser pcb. fix all back & try.. I hope it will resolve the issue.. Best of luck...

No download, dont do it.

Printer
wants to update the firmware,
unless you want to use original cartridges forever.

Wont fax


switch on the printer and connect the phone wire then press the fax button check dial tone coming or not if its not coming please check your telephone connection and try again same thing ....... if all tone coming but not able to send a fax ...... try to send to another fax ......
