I tried Quicken on line some time ago and also quit and went back to regular Quicken. The only way I was able to quit and stop billing was to contact Intuit by phone and get a confirming e-mail that service was stopped.

If that does not work contact your credit card company by letter and have them block payments until the matter is resolved.
