Question about Zebra Stripe S600 Thermal Label Printer
My label program is set to print to a 1"x3" (h x w) label but when the ZM400 prints the label it comes out small enough to fit on a .75"x1.75" (h x w). I have tried changing drivers on the windows server the print job is coming from but no change. The label is programed in ZPLll . I have used the same label program at many other clients, with out this issue, printing on printer models: 105SL, 110XilllPlus, LP2844 Z.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like you might be using a bad driver, or the printer is in dump mode.
Try hitting the green button and see if it says exiting dump.
If still having trouble, inside the printer it tells you that if you are having printing trouble:

SOURCE: LP2844 Printing light
You should first make sure the printhead is clean. If the printhead is dirty and you crank up the darkness, you will blow the printhead elements. Open the printer and from the bottom, you will see the printhead, which has a glass like appearance. There is a green strip from one side of the printhead to the other. Take a que tip with some rubbing alcohol and wipe it clean. I would make sure the printer is turned off before doing so. Just to be safe.

SOURCE: Pause between each label.
When you go to file and print the dialogue box comes up and you inptut the amount of copies required, uncheck the Colate box just under the amount of copies required. This will allow each print to come out streamed no paused.
