SOURCE: My Roland TD-6 Bass drum

There should be a nut and a cylindrical tightener at the bottom of the spring. If you loosen these, you should be able to pull the spring up and get the ring back onto the post. Then just tighten the nuts back down to where the tension feels right.
V-Drums don't all come with the same kick pedal--in fact they are often sold seperately--but this should be enough to help you with most basic kick pedal designs.
let me know if this doesn't make sense and tell me anything else you can about the pedal itself and I'll find a picture so I know what you have. This should work though. Good luck!

Installed Olympus AS2400 transcription software on my PC running Windows 10 - worked fine for the first couple of days then would not open at all,

check that the program is compatible with win 10 os
if not then you have a problem that you will have to microsoft or the software publishers as to how to get it to work properly
take it all to an IT geek shop and have them install the soft ware or find out why it will not work

Check your safety switchs ie; limit stat, flame sensor, thermostat and see if their all functioning properly. If they are check your gas supply and make sure the correct gas pressure is getting through.

I recently switched locations and am now trying to use the Verifone from my home and everytime I run something through it says comm error? Do I need to resetup my machine since I am now at a different...

The most common error with these terminals is that they are connected improperly. Everyone plugs the power in first then the rest of the cables. Ensure that your cables are plugged into the proper ports first. The 10-Base-T port is for internet only, the Phone icon port is for phone line, the RS232 is not used unless otherwise stated, the Calculator looking port is for pin pads only. Once the cables are properly connected reboot the terminal by unplugging the power cable for roughly 10-15 seconds then plugging the power back in. Once it starts again it should be fine. If you are running on a multiline system for phone the terminal will not dial out unless you set the prefix to dial 9 first.

I'm having problem connecting my Casio Keyboard with my Edirol MIDI Interface, I can't get a connection and the lights on my interface will not go on. Please any suggestions will help.

You have to have the driver for the interface installed CORRECTELY. Make sure you followed directions as sometimes you have to have device p;lugged in while installing and sometime not.

Then you will need the user software in your machine to talk to the interface as well... The interface PROBABLY must be directely connected to your machine, not through a USB hub.

Lanier LP020c laser colour printer horizontal lines

as if the cartridge is new.and colour is printing fine.then its not faulty cartridge or faulty printer.and yes you are absolutely right that it needs proper servicing.in the printer there are lens one lens is for colour and one lens is for black.if there is dust on the lens controlling black you will get lines and patches in black prinouts.but yes if the drum is got lines on it.that it will give same lines in the printouts.also you can get the drun serviced first before getting the printer serviced.a local printer repair shop does this drum servicing.also there comes a liquid to clean drum.you can get it from printer parts store.if want to do manually.but the shop will get it checked after serving in there printer.so it will be confirmed that is it drum or faulty /dusty lens in the printer. ----------- this will help.thanks.

Where do cables go?

I am assuming you are talking about a VCR (Video tape), in wich case you need to hook your VCR to the MovieBox with RCA cords (one wire with three plugs (Yellow, Red, White)) Plug it into the INPUT side of the MovieBox. The easyies way to connect it to the computer would be with an USB cord. One side in the computer and the other in the OUTPUT side of the MovieBox.

I hope this is what you were asking me, Let me know if it helps you or if you have any other questions.

Edirol Fa66 Problem

I bought the FA-66 because I use Cakewalk Sonar and they sell this interface on the Cakewalk site with thier name on it. I've had nothing but problems with this unit as described above. I've tried it on two different computer and it does not work on either. I also use an RME Fireface 800 on both these machines, same set up and it works flawlessly. Drop the Edirol/Roland FA-66 and try something else like an RME card or something. That would be my suggestion. It's a shame Cakewalk promots this piece of garbage. I've tried Edirol/Roland technical support and the guy just kept saying the sound card works fine, like it was just my problem.

You may need to check the screens refresh rate on the monitor. How much memory on the video card? Have installed the drivers from the site of the CD? Chances are some changes have been made. You know XP has upgrades all the time. Check KWorld for the latest updates. Can you make a booster transmitter..i.e a Cantenna or something like that. Let me know what happens. Good Luck, Tim
