Most likely, one of the finisher bins is broken and it is not lined up right. One of the bins ends are broken that ride on the spindale that moves the bins up or down. It is not a easy job to repair, the whole finisher needs to be taking apart and it is not a pretty site.... I've done it alot of times.. Good Luck
Abnormal fuser temp. (fixing heater, dc controller, ac driver) http://rapidshare.com/files/161024133/NP6050sm.rar That link above is for a service manual. Copy/Paste that address to address bar..
I forgot one thing, if it turns OFF before it displays the error code Hold the power switch ON till it shows the code...... I'm thinking it maybe a E0200 or E0210 that is a scanning lamp or it could be a broken fixing lamp.... I'm guessing....
E030 Does pertain to the total copy counter. If you have changed the dc controller & copy counter & still get the E030 error, you may have to enter the service mode to release the error. In service mode under *4* (function) advance to the error screen & press the star button. If you do not know how to get into service mode you can email me at email@example.com or call Bill @ 315-701-1279 Please put canon 6050 E030 in subject line in case my email dumps it into the junk folder.
