I have a cect p168s and I haven't been able to set my home city or my time format, I've chosen 12 hr format but it still does 24 hr format. I've been able to get pictures on the phone but when I try to attach them as a caller id it tells me the file is too large. Help please.

Re: Cant set home city or time format
Go back to phone settings, time date home city first ,use the pen that came w/ phone, find (using the pen) your home city...when finished come out go to time format yes choose 12 again...come out and go to time set up put the time in military style ( if its 8:35 pm put in 20:35)...say ok and the display should read 08:35 pm on the front ......................
the only way pictures id works to the fullest is for the phone numbers used are in the phone not sim card
take pix w cell of your caller if u can (it will be the correct size) eles you have to resize the pix
