Push the top cover plate to the right (towards the power botton) and remove.
The keyboard should now lift away from the laptop and you can disconnect it from the motherboard by easing up the plastic clips on either side of the motherboard connection.

How do i replace the bios battery on an easynote mv35-202 mit-sable-c laptop?More specifically, where is it?

The battery is going to be inside the case in most cases. You might have to remove the covers on the back of the laptop, there should be one for your system memory and probably one for your hard drive. But in most cases you will need to remove all the screws on the bottom of the laptop and carefully remove the cover, you will see the battery plugged into the board. It should be a batter with red and black wires.

White line on screen easynote mv35-202

Hi,

It looks like that the ribbon cable connected on the logicboard to your screen is the one that is causing the issue. What you should do is to have it checked by the manufacturer (Gateway) if it still has warranty and if it doesn't have you should take it to a nearest service center that would be able to open the computer and check if the ribbon is loose or damage.

PACKARD BELL EASYNOTE MV35-202 keyboard and mouse pad won't work

The first thing to do is my computer properties see if your keyboard and mouse are showing in there
If they are you need to update the drivers.
If they are not showing then I would suggest going to control panel and add new hardware installing that way
Try using a standard mouse instead of usb
If you cannot get on try restarting in safemode to correct your problem.
Or if you have a cd that came with the mouse and keyboard reinstall it.
Let me know if this helped also did you reinstall the same version of windows

Packard bell easynote laptop model no mv35-202just keeps coming up with auto detecting ide please wait but just hangs there for hours & does nothing even with anew hard drive

Probably the controller card (built into the mother board) so you might be out of luck..
couple of possibilities, sometimes you can add the hard drive details into bios manually, the other is, do you have the motherboard software? Loading the correct drivers might help.
