Can you boot to safe mode?

Restart and press F8 and go into safe mode.
Once there go to START/RUN and type in msconfig and hit ENTER

Uncheck the HP start up entry. It will reference sign up or something like that.

Reboot and that loop should be gone.

Receive message "cannot install" after

Hi,

Good day. If you're getting this kind of message there's a big possibility that your installer for hp office jet pro is already been damaged or got corrupted. What you can do is to download another driver to resolve the problem.

You can download this driver scanner so that once it is installed on your system if will automatically update or install the driver for your hp. Here's the link

http://drivers-driver.com/hp-officejet-pro-l7700

remember:

1. click download now
2. then install
3. then run the driver scanner and just follow the direction to fix the driver for your hp office jet

If you think that it didn't resolve your issue you can just uninstall it from your computer.
Hope this help you a bit. Have a great day.

Error when installing programs

First and easiest is to just reboot. If not, then click on Start->Run and type "regedit" without the quotes. Be very careful in here. You're going to be looking for the following key:
HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Installer\InProgress
So, click on the little plus sign to next to HKEY_Local_Machine, then on the plus sign next to Software.. and so on for all the keys there until you reach the InProgress key. If it's there, select it with your mouse and click the Delete button on your keyboard. Be sure not to make any other changes. Reboot, and see if the problem is fixed.
If you are not comfortable in the registry, uninstall office and reinstall it. I know that is nasty, but it will work.
Please leave rating. thank you

When attempting to install HP Officejet 5600 All in One printer, I was notified that a "Fatal Error" occurred during installation process prior to connecting to USB port on computer

Sometimes when installing new software, if you get fatal errors, that could be a sign of virus activity on your computer. I would download one of the many free antivirus programs and scan my computer either that or download the Trinity Rescue Kit CD and boot from it and run (I believe) option #6 "Virus Scan non interactive" That will scan your computer for viruses while the operating system isn't running.

Len trying to help Carol in a panic trying to print her resume. The HP office jet 4315 All-in-one was printing and ran out of paper. Installed more paper and it wouldn't print. It's connected to an HP...

If you're in a hurry, save to disk or USB memory stick, and dash to Kinkos / Staples / Business Depot or any other copy center, to get it printed out.

If you've got time otherwise, shut printer off, then on, and try and print a test page using the buttons on the printer.

If successful, then proceed to the PC. Shut down, reboot, and check the printer status. If good, try to reprint.
