I recently purchased a nes at goodwill. It came with 2 games. The system will play the 2 games that came with it but any others I purchased will not play, red light blinks and tv screen blinks.

Of course, the classic fix is to blow into the game and the input on the console. If that doesn't help, I would suggest using a compressed air canister to blow out any dust in there. It's probably pretty old and in need of some cleaning!

Will not load any games! My system will play ps1, 2 and 3 games; now it won't play anything but the downloaded games. HELP!

Take a can of air and blow some air into the dvd drive so the laser is clean and free of dust and dirt.

Now try to play games again from the discs. If the drive still doesn't load the games then that means the dvd drive is bad and would need to be replaced.

My sons ps2 which is not the slim version will not play some games especially coloured discs but they will play on other sons slim console why?

it might not play cause the bigger system is alil bit older tech so the laser might not be able to read it but thats not normally the case probably the laser is dirty on the bigger system some duster might help to blow dust off the laser but you might have to take it apart to clean it

Answer 1: Are you using AR (Action Replay) codes?
These can mess up games.

Answer 2: Is the Game(s)/System dusty? Blow in the slots to clean it out.

Answer 3: Have you dropped, Spilled, Or Damaged the system? These can also interfere with games.

Hope this helps!

It heats upan i kant play more than 30 mins an wen it heats up its like realy hot idk wats wrong wit it its stop playing da game

Somthing is wrong with you air unit in your system and the reason it is shutting off is because a heating sensor is telling it gotta fix you air unit or keep a fan on the system while playing not try to disable the heating sensor because the motherboard will blow up

Ps3 keeps freezing on games only

Try using a can of air to blow out the fan area. Even though its well ventilated it may be full of dust. It sounds like an overheating issue. Also look into aftermarket fan/cooling solutions, that dont plug directly into the PS3 and have there own outlet power plug.

My playstation starts playing my game then crashs it the same with all my games

It sounds like it is time for some spring cleaning.
Take a can of dust remover and throughly blow out the system BE CAREFUL NOT TO SHAKE THE CAN AND BLOW LIQUID ALL OVER THE SYSTEM.
Then get a laser lens cleaning kit and run it as you wouild a game.
Both dust remover and lens cleaner kit can be bought a Wal Mart, Kmart, or Target for less than $25.00
