First, make sure it is fully charged, then once it is charged, hold the button down until the light flashes fast, and it may stay on after that. Go into your phone, and Bluetooth menu. New device, or whichever your phone says. Have it search for your bluetooth in range, and once it does, the pass code should be 0000. After that click pair, and it should match them up.
Good Luck, hope this helps.

If you have other blue tooth devices working correctly, do a search for new devices on your blue tooth software. Pair the headphones using the blue tooth software.

Can I connect to Vizio TV with blue tooth

If your ear buds have been connected to any device before your TV then it won't work. If you want to connect it to your TV you turn on your headphones, hold the call button for 3 seconds, and you will see ur light flash and connect it to your TV. If this didn't help then go to the manual and check how to connect your headphones to your TV.

Sony mdr if520r

what OS, windows?
this is called blue tooth.
if the laptop has bluetooth option it will be in the device manager.
under networks.
many don't. Sony Asbuilt codes are complex.
if it is missing , add one, they cost $5 (yes a dongle ,do-hickey)

for fun run bluetooth radar, now you can see all bluetooth in home.
if not, its not a feature set of you laptop.

blue tooth is a simple wireless, for 10 to 100 meter rage,
class 2 is 10 meters, class 1 is 100 meters.
it's a radio/ transmitter.

I bought a plantronics earpiece and registered it but i had to reset my playstation and now it wont let me register it again what do i do?

Plantronics Bluetooth devices enter pairing mode automatically when they are powered up for the first time out of the package. Once they have been paired to a device, pairing mode will need to be started manually.

Power on the P90 earpiece, press and hold the call button, at least 5-6 seconds, until the LED will alternate blue/red, release the call button and proceed with pairing on the PS3.

When paired to my iPhone I can hear but the other party cannot hear me. I also get a constant repeating tone in the left earpiece after attempting a call

Your phone and headset Blue-tooth profile may not be compatible, there are different types of Blue-tooth profile and the moto s9 supports A2DP, i do not know what profile your phone supports you would have to look in the manufacturing specification.

A2DP (Advanced Audio Distubution Profile) Allows you to be able to listen to near CD quality audio wirlessley it also allows a platform for basic function to be used such as play\puase, volume control ect

Blue-tooth profile basically make sure that two devices are talking in the same language and therefore understand the commands they are giving each other, saying that some different profile may work together but as a rule of thumb try to match the profiles
