Question about Computers & Internet
I'm using an 8 port hub and two laptops with MS Server 2003 installed. At this point I'm just trying to get them to communicate. All hardware (nics, cables, hub) checks out on both laptops. Networking is configured using 192.168.0.x as the IP address block. I'm unable to get ipconfig data in a command prompt and cannot ping either computer.
Try going into my network places and on the left pane go to set up ahome or office network make sure you do this on each computer and the workgroup name must all be the same on each computer you want to be in that network.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
