Cd face will not function

-   first the volume buttons quit working, then the lights all went out, and now none of the controls work at all.my remote doesn't work even tho i just replaced the battery yesterday and its stuck playing a CD that i can't eject and i can't turn down, the face won't close even when i turn my car off...i don't know what to do!!!-   Guest

-   it started with the volume buttons not working, then the additional feature buttons stopped working and the small oval screen would fade in and out, now none of the internal buttons nor the oval screen work.  i have to control the stereo with the remote and cannot eject the cd.  i have my ipod connected through the aux. input so i dont have to worry about the cd player-   Guest
