Buying Please let me know where I can buy a Sure Step Stand Alone Cane. QVC no longer carries the cane! I lost mine today and want to buy another. Thanks
I too am looking for the Sure Step Stand Alone Cane with Sure Foot System. I just contacted QVC, and was informed that they no longer carry it. It was suggested that I try locating it at a medical supply center.I too am looking for the Sure Step Stand Alone Cane with Sure Foot System. Tip it upside down and dump seafoam penetrating oil down the shaft. The shaft is seized into the power head.
What I would tell my clients... scrap it and buy a new one.
There are two types of grape pruning - cane pruningand spur pruning. Mature plants should be prunedyearly to remove all growth except new 1-year-old fruiting canes and renewal spurs (a cane pruned back to one to five buds). To cane prune, select two to four new fruiting canes per vine. https://extension.oregonstate.edu/news/dont-be-timid-when-pruning-grapes
I am assuming you are looking to buy one.
Try this site and see if they can deliver. Otherwise any local pharmacy in your area should be able to help you with buying one.
I would get a small can of contact cement. Follow directions( ex. coat each side to be glued with each other wait usually 5 min. and then press together.) There is also Scotch spray on adhesive that will also work.
Check out this website for a diagram of the parts along with prices. If you have any trouble accessing the info you need let me know.
