Re: standby light but no power

Your set has a output problem you will have to take your set to the repair shop and have them change the output IC or Transistor.

QS10 powered sub, won't turn on while plugged in

It is possible that your powered sub is in standby mode until it is turned on by audio input from your amp. Usually there is some type of indicator that shows power is being applied to the sub. Also, there could be an open fuse inside the sub.

Not working turns on, no sound, the stand by/on light goes on and I hear the unit amp click on but no sound. I tested the internal fuse for continuity and it was good, however I dont know how to check if...

first of all remove the speaker and check it, is it faulty or not. connect a battery between the two leads of the speaker .if it is ok then it will produce some cracking sound. check it first.

Is there a on of switch and is the green or red light to be on

There is no main AC power switch on the BU series; it's in standby mode whenever it's plugged in.

When playing music normal LED color should be green. After no signal for 10 minutes or so it will turn back to Red (Standby)

AR SW-30 subwoofer doesn't switch to standby mode when off

Disconnect its input cable to see if a true lack of signal lets it go to sleep. If not, it has a bug. Otherwise, you probably have some sort of signal present on the sub cable.

Remote won't turn on the system. Has new batteries. The tv button lights up when I push power. How do I set it back to control the bose cinemate?

Unplug the speaker plug and the power plug. Let it sit for a minute. Plug the speakers in and then the power and try again. Hope this helps.I have seen this many times and this is usually the solution.

Pb12 makes thumping sound after warming up

Hello there..Thats normal only if your sub volume and the pre amp is turned up..Your amp is the cause of the speaker jump..Turn amp volume sub level down a few and check your wire from sub to amp..If all of that is good is a normal operation for pre amp warm up in sub if level is turn to max..Try unplugging amp freom sub then turn sub on stand alone(just sub outlet plugged in and no wires from base amp plugged in..If sub stops the its the amp making the problem..If it still is there then the pre amp is either dusty on inside or the outlet plug that it is plugged in doesnt have a good ground..Hope these help to solve your problem..Have a great day...

Dont know how to turn it on

Just plug it in to an outlet. The lights on the front should be red (or standby mode). When it gets a good sound signal, it turns green (that's when it's on). It does not have a power switch.
