My b70 only puts out a few drops of coffee instead of a cup. What is wrong?

DESCALE!!! Owners manuel saids every 3 months. Make sure you do. Also just so everyone knows. The manuel does not say descale every 3 months unless your water is filtered. Regardless of what water you use or how clean it is Descale it every 3 months. (If your engine blows on your car and they find out you never changed the oil your buying a new engine not them, same with kuerig if you follow the directions in the manuel and maintain it then keurig will stand behind it if not then its your fault)
