My suggestion to you is to simply go to the setting of the watch and look for the language setting. There, you will see plenty of setting but you will go for the language setting. You need to find english language and then immediately click it so that it will immediately transform to english. If that way won't work, simply restart the watch and do the process again.

pressing the corresponding number button will bring that camera up full screen. the buttons surrounding the A - B output source button will change the way your cameras are multiplexed on your monitor. you can also change which picture displays in each box including multiples of 1 camera by pressing the enter button on lower right and using the jog wheels to move (inside wheel controls up and down- outside wheel does left and right) the highlighted number where you want to put the cameras image. press the associated camera number you want there and it appears. press enter to lock the screen.

Make sure the batteries are good and the batt indicator in top left corner of display is off. I think that is all the features this early model unit was capable of.
