How to downgrade psp 6.37 ver fw to 5.5 m33-6

6.37 is unhackable as of now. Chances are it is going to stay that way for a while. However with a pandora's battery all psp-2000s are hackable. The downside of the pandora's battery is you must have a PHAT (original) PSP to make one.
Instructions to make pandora batter WITH PHAT PSP: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JPwlrAZa69c
Of course you can just buy one: http://www.pandorasales.com/psp-pandora-battery--512mb-magic-memory-st512.html

How can i fix a wrong setting in my psp system

Hi qt_blue05,

Based on your concern, I suggest trying the following steps:

1.Perform a factory reset. --> Todo this, select "Settings", then select "Restore DefaultSettings". You will not lose any information or data by performing thisstep. 2. However, you may need to reset your wallpapers. Set your name, date, time, etc... 3. Powerdown your PSP then wait 10 seconds, then power it on.
Hope it helps,
Thank you for using FixYa.

Forgot password

Dynodude573

in order to get rid of the password, you must first go to the "Settings" icon all the way on the left.

than scroll through that menu until you find the "System Settings" button.

Than scroll through that menu until you find the "Restore Default Settings" button. If you click on that, your password will disappear and you can type in a new one.

After you reset the PSP, you will have to type in the date, timezone, time, and PSP name all over again.

If there is still a password on the PSP after you reset it, it should be 0000. Be sure to change it to something you remember =]

Well good luck. I hope i helped. If not, let me know.
samantha.

Owners manual

Actually, there is an instructions manual ON the PSP! You need a wireless internet connection though... In the main menu on the PSP, there should be an icon that looks like a question mark that says on the side, "Online Instruction Manuals". (It's located under "Network".)

If you have a router in your house (Wireless internet connection) then you should be able to connect to it with your PSP.

Once you click on the icon, the PSP will say "You must create a network connection to continue." Press X to continue. Now it will give you a few options to get an internet connection. Before you go any further, make sure your WLAN switch is on. (It's located at the top to the left on the PSP.) next, click "Scan" at the top of the menu. The PSP will now scan for internet connections. It will give you a list of internet connections that it found. Yours should be in there. After clicking on your internet connection, it will say "SSID" and have your connection name displayed underneath it. Ignore this step and press right. Now it will say "WLAN Security Setting" and will have a list of security settings. If your internet does not have any security, press "None". It will now say "Address Settings". Press "Easy". Now you can name it. You don't have to, of course, but you can by clicking X to edit. It will show you your settings list. This is just to make sure that everything is correct. Press right to continue than press X to save settings. It will bring you back to the beginning with your internet connection name highlighted. Click on it and it will connect to your connection and load the page.

This online instructions manual is much better than the one that came with your PSP as it is kept up-to-date with the latest version of the PSP. If you have any questions, please ask! ^-^
