I am of the mind to do a complete reinstall of the operating system including flash the BIOS even if it is the same version. I worked many hours tracking down and thinking you found every part of the problem on to hit an .EXE and it all starts over again....I just clean out everything and start fresh. If you tell us what make and model of computer along with the operating system it is we can direct you to the drivers for the reinstall. Some off those programs - for example AOL seem to be virus magnets. (if it is a dell it is really simple if you just put in your service code- it give you your particular driver of your computer.) That is what I would do...Or you can keep hunting. please leave rating,,,thank you
