Question about Juki DDL-8700
I just bought a Juki 8700-7WB sewing machine and it came with some assembly required obviously. The only problem is that the assembly instructions that came with it are terrible. Is there anywhere I can find better instructions? Also there were no instruction on how to put the table together. I need to drill five holes in the table for cables and bolts but, I have no idea where to put them because there are no instructions. I've checked the Juki website but all they have are PDFs of the same bad instructions that came with my machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!!!
Are you using the correct type of needle? have a word with your needle supplier and explain the problem. Different threads and different thickness material need different top and bottom tension adjustments.
Can I suggest sew one thickness material at a time with tension adjustments for that thickness. Then change the tensions and do a batch of thicker material.

Have you tried sending information to a Juki dealer? It's unfortunate/fortunate you can find some manuals online and have to pay but...
