Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
ICT339, first you unplug the printer.
-Turn the printer around so that the back of the machine is facing you.
-Remove the back door. This door has hinges on the left and right that go into the printer. with a flat head screw driver gently remove the right hinge first by setting the screw driver just behind the hinge and pry the screw driver head to the left as you push it forward.
Once the back door has been removed the fuser is right in front of you. The fuser has two blue tabs, one on each side.
-Set both hands on the fuser with your thumb pushing the tabs up while your index adds support above them. Slide the fuser out.
* When reinstalling make sure you hear the a click on each side since the clips need to lock.

That is a job by it self. If you don't want to damage your printer, I'd suggest you take it to an HP dealer pay some money and get it first checked and if so be the case that it has to change, let them change it.
