Question about Dell CD-224E (03GDR) Plug-In Module 24x CD-ROM Drive
I can print and copy but my computer just won't recognise my scanner when I click on properties it says that cannot start this hardware because it's configuration information ( in the registry) is incomplete or damaged (code 19). I know I've to get rid of the upper and lower classes but dont know how to do it. Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks in anticipation
Make sure you have the correct driver for your OS.. Scanners are notoriously fussy about this.
