Question about Xerox DOCUMATE 510 Flatbed Scanner
Images were coming out with stripes. I called our tech support and we found that by using the flatbed instead of ADF, the images came out clean, but they were upside down and backwards and the page turning function was not correcting the problem. Now, even using ADF, the pages are still upside down or sideways.
The ADF does nothing more than feed the document into a position to be scanned, and has nothing to do with print issues " stripes" on print? Can you provide more details.
Typically you will find an icon near on the tray of the ADF which will display the proper orientation for the item to be scanned. If this is correct, then your software is somehow manipulating the image to a different orientation. You may want to check the scanned image before printing, and check the printer settings. More likely a printer problem, than a scanner problem as I have understood the issue thus far.
