Cellphone restarts when i play any file Samsung J750
Im using samsung J750 with silver colour on the edge of the fliper, when i bought it all worked fine but now when i play mp3 or amr formats it restarts, i tried to remove the memory card and play from the phone still it restarts. I get all my music from my PC which uses AVG 8.0 and updated definitions. so please please help me because im about to change my phone to another brand name, and confused cause i like SAMSUNG PHONES.

I have the same phone and had the same problem. Go to stettings, then Network settings, then set it on GSM 900/1800. I phoned vodacom and they did help me. It does not happen enymore. Or u can just update youre 3G if you are using your 3G. That would be the problem.

Go to your service provider and ask for assistance. Or do you still have your old PUK number. After you press the sim pwd a few times the phone will be blocked.Then use you PUK number which you got when you registered your SIM or bought it and simply go from there and unblock your phone and change the passwords or security code

Hi Jane, To put mp3 files as message tone you have to download a .mid file and put it in with all of your other mp3 files. once you have done that go into settings and go to the message tone settings. press use my effective alert tone or what ever it says and click play on the .mid file the just go across and find the mp3 you want but dont go out of the play mode until you select the mp3 you want. im glad i could help.
You have downloaded the game that is not supported by your mobile. Thats why you are receiving this message . For example : Certain games can work in java interface , some works under different interface . Check before downloading whether that game is supported by your model. Don't download any game from free website . They can damage your phone .
