Question about i-mate Cell Phones
You probably would have tried a soft reset. If that didn't help, back up your data & do a Hard Reset.
Make sure your phone's off.
Then press the "Fn" key on your keypad & press the green Call button, while pressing these; press & hold the reset button.
Your phone should hard reset.
Alternatively, you could go to the System Settings tab and select "Master Clear"
