Put the bootable xp cd in your cd rom then turn it on. it will boot up automatically if the cd will be bootable and your boot sequence is correct.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Problem in reinstallins operating system

This can be started by changing the boot order of your system.
To do so, start up the laptop from a shutdown stance.
This part requires some speed, it will either require the "F2", or "F10" in most cases. IIts not 100% guarantee that this will be the two buttons required for activation of your bios.
WARNING: BE VERY CAREFUL IN THE BIOS. YOU CAN FOUL YOUR COMPUTER VERY EASILY BY CHANGING THE WRONG SETTINGS IN THE BIOS.
When you enter the bios, try to find the boot settings. And make sure your cd-rom is selected as the primary boot device.
After you change the cd-rom as the primary device, Save and Exit from the bios and your computer will automatically restart.
Make sure the O.S. (Operating System) CD is in the CD-ROM and it should automatically boot from the cd-rom, it may come up with options, your options should await you when or if the auto boot from cd works.
Hope this helps.

it seems your pc is infected with viruse, it will be better if you can install a good antiviruse like avast 4.8(free) if you cannot then you have to format and reinstall the operating system

How to replace PACKARD BELL EASYNOTE R1935 MIT-RHEA-C LAPTOP SCREEN

You may not need to replace the screen. All LCD screens, including the big TVs, need something called an "inverter" in order to light up. Usually, they start to go bad with intermittent "blue" screen, then a functioning screen, until finally you have just a blue screen. The inverters are relatively easy and inexpensive to replace, as opposed to the whole screen. Call HP support--they wil tell you how to determine whether this is the problem. Just be sure you don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.
