You would need to hook up all of the system accessory. Especially the gps antenna for the gps to work. I you dont have it it, you might be able to find everything on Ebay. Goodluck.

My husband recently bought a truck with a Jensen CD5050 installed, the radio works fine but when a cd is inserted it gives an E-04 errorplease let me know what this error is and how it can be resolved Thank...

if this is a new vehcile, the dealer will replace or repair the cd/radio player, if this is a used vehicle then you will need to pull the radio/player out and replace the cd player.

I bought a portable mp3 player to listen to audio books while driving and my delphi pp102273 says it is mp3 ready....not sure how to hook into it so i can listen to audios through it

Hi, when they say "capable" it usually means you can buy an adapter to make it work. Since that radio is also iPod capable, there is probably an interface on the back where an adapter can plug in. If you go to http://www.crutchfield.com/app/car/carselector.aspx?vb=Y&g=770&sl=Y&lp=%2fApp%2fProduct%2fCategory%2fGroupMenu.aspx%3fg%3d770%26tp%3d15& and enter your car info, they will provide info on what you need to make it work. Alternatively, the CD player in the head may be mp3 ready--not sure from the description I have read. Maybe you can try burning your book to a CD to see if that will work. Please let me know if you have more questions and thanks for using FixYa.

Hello i just recently bought alpine speakers for my eclipse 2003

mostly because the subs in the back are probley using more amps than the ones in the front in the front should be used mostly for vocals and your bass in the trun so maybe trying to unhook the ones in the front from the sub and just leave then hooked up to the cd player where you can hear the vocals really good and leave your subs in the back hooked up to the amp

no cd player i have ever seen requires a code, but you could try looking on the manufacturers website and looking under the model of your cd player.
