My machine has a faulty on/off button. Currently I can't switch it off, which is a problem as it's full of washing. I can't therefore open the door. I suspect a problem with the button mechanism. Anybody got any ideas on how I can open the washer to release the button and get my washing out.

Re: faulty on off button
The only way you can open the door is by switching off the washer open the lid feel down the front off the inside of the washer to were your door catch goes to you will find a catch you can release to open the door

E2 is a faulty button on your control board. Rub your hands over the buttons to make sure none of them are stuck and if you find nothing, try to unplug the unit for 60 seconds. If you continue to have issues, the control board will just need to be ordered and replaced to fix the issue. Here is also a link for the manual. f05 is a faulty pressure switch fault and is stuck on full.this can be the switch itself ,they are renown for going faulty ,but more poss is that the air bottle/pipe to the switch is blocked with gunk! you can take the pipe off at the top and blow back down the pipe to clear the system.to empty the machine drop the drain pipe into a bucket and simply syphon out the water and check if there`s anything blocking the pump
