I cannot get my ac clutch to engage.i do not have power to my lowside pressure wsitch.i checked my fuses and relays and they are all good.if i run my conpressor direct the the battery it works fine

Could be several problems. Depending on what vehicle you have you may have high and low pressure switches. If the freon is low, the low pressure will not let the compressor engage. The ac controller could be bad not sending current to the AC clutch. If you have power to the relay, depending on the vehicle, the relay may not be getting a ground signal.
Looks like the low pressure switch gets power from a 10amp ac fuse. Power then goes to the ac relay which is powered on by the ac heat controller on the dash. Power then goes thru the high pressure switch to the compressor. The ac relay is grounded to the body. Do you have power on the lite and dark green wires going into the relay and is it grounded ?
On the low pressure line of the ac you have a pressure switch which allows the compressor to come on once a certain pressure is reached, and it will cut the compressor off if the pressure is too high or too low. Look at your ac hose and find the switch *you will see wires connected to it* you may need to replace this switch. You can use a test light to see if you are getting power to the switch. You should check you fuses, and the ac relay witch is usually in a black plastic box under the hood.
CHECK AC COMPRESSOR CLUTCH SHOULD BE ENGAGED OR RUNNING WITH AC SWITCH ON POSITION.IF NOT CHECK AC COMPRESSOR CLUTCH FUSE AND RELAY.IF BOTH GOOD AND POWER IS GOING TO AC CLUTCH.YOUR CLUTCH IS OPEN.IF ALL LOOKS GOOD YOUR AC LOW PRESSURE SWITCH IS BAD.COMPRESSOR SEIZED OR YOU HAVE TOO MUCH MOISTURE IN AC SYSTEM.
On the Hi/Low pressure switch conection Terminal 1 and 2 are for AC clutch bridge them briefly to see if clutch engage if so system is low on refrigerent.
If you get cold air its more then likely Hi/Low switch is bad.
Note engine must be running and ac fan in on position.
