I HAVE A 2100 NAVIGON GPS SCREEN WONT COME ON TRYED CHARGEING IT THE ORANGE LITE COMES ON /WONT CHANGE TO GREEN ALSO TRYED TO RESET NOTHING DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS WHAT ISHOULD DO NEXT .

I can understand the problem in the unit so to over come this problem you have to send the unit in for repair . Please contact the technical support to send the unit in for repair .They will register your unit problem and they will provied you a Repair Authorization number (RA).You will need a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping your product to Magellan for repair.

When you changed your charger, did you get the right one?
I bought an iGo and thought I could use the standard min usb tip. However, tip number A53 does charge and show the map.
I hope this answers your question.

if you have a pc, you can use the usb to mini jack and it will charge

I have updated and started my Navigon 4310 max and suddenly it gave an error message saying "Startup error! Please check setup" then it stops. I tried many times by switching it on and off but it didn't help. Please help me what to do!!!

the different voices are for different types of voice prompts and at this time there is no way to change them around, got this from Navigon support site

If you can try taking the battery out and leaving it out to see if that will reset it.

Were you able to get XCSoar to work on your Navigon 4310? I have the same problem with XCSoar and my Navigon 2100 Max. I did exactly as prescribed for installation on the XCSoar site but my 2100 Max keeps asking for the Navigon SD card .. it doesn't want to recognize a standard SD card.
Does anybody have any suggestions? Thx Much!

Had same problem with a navigon 2100 and after trying my daughters car charger it worked properly. Called Navigon and they are sending me a new car charger.
