Other files like the drivers, can be downloaded by selecting download, in the top left corner.
You just have to select your windows system.

You can download the user manuals from the below links. Actually, you should have mentioned the Model of the Computer/System [i.e. IBM Thinkcenter A50] not the Model part number.

According to motherboard manual (p. 2-9), it can support upto 2GB of DDR400 RAM int total. You can get the manual from http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=manual&maincat_no=1&prod_no=565.

Yes, it supports up to AGP 8X but needs to be at 1.5 volts and not 3.3...Here is the manual:
