When printing from excel 2007, I am getting a printer spooler error "Spooler subsystem App has encountered an error and needs to close" but only when i print on my HP officejet j6480....then other printer works fine

l would start with re-installing the printer drivers for that printer. If that doesn't work, you may have to actually delete the printer, re-start the computer. let the OS re-discover the printer, and re-install the drivers.

- I failed to also suggest that you try the same operation from Word, to see if the results are different? Spooler errors are most commonly driver related. I will assume your disk is not full, or that the print job is not so large as to be running out of space in which to spool that specific job..
