Question about PANDIGITAL (DPF802) Digital Picture Frame

Will not let me download new pictures. says FAIL!

When I go to copy a picture from a sandisk, it comes up FAIL! There is only 153 pictures on the frame. It holds alot more. It is an 8 inch fram

SOURCE: The SanDisk shows all of my pictures when I call

You have to go to menu and select exteranl media,
or
You can go to the menu and load external pics to internal memory.

SOURCE: Pictures are cut off! Just got a 8 inch Pandigital

The frame is cropping the images to fill the screen. You need to change the image display settings from Optimal to Original in the setup menu. This way the entire image will show.

Make sure that you have the latest firmware version. Get the latest at www.kodak.com/go/downloads. Also, you may rename the picture files like 001.jpg, 002.jpg so on and so forth.

How to copy music files to my Smartparts


Are using a memory card. If yes, than go to "my computer" than click on drive that has memory card. (probably i: drive)
The Music file is probably is mp3. Pictures are DOC

If you open up My Computer, you will see your picture frame listed as a removable device. Open that up and you will see a folder called music. Drag and drop the music into that folder.

Cant copy any pictures from computer


You can start copying pictures to SV811 digital picture frame if you get the message “Use PC interface to copy files.” Here are the steps:
Copy pictures, videos, and music between your frame and computer, using your computer's normal file copying tools:

1. Connect the USB cable from the frame to your computer
2. On your computer, open My Computer or Windows Explorer.

The picture frame appears as removable drives—one drive for each connected picture source in the frame, in this order: internal memory, memory cards, and USB devices.

3. Navigate to the pictures you want to copy. Then drag and drop them to the new location.
4. Unplug the USB cable to view your copied pictures.

Copying pictures from EasyShare software:


1. Install EasyShare software (free download at www.kodak.com/go/sw )
2. Connect the USB cable.
3. On your computer, open EasyShare software. Select the pictures in My Collection and drag them into the Picture tray.
4. In the menu bar, select File and then Copy to the Kodak Drive letter.

Can't copy pictures from sd to frame


Follow these steps, Selecting all:

1. Press whenever pictures/videos are displayed (slide show, video, single picture). 2. Press to highlight Select all, then press OK. A confirmation screen appears, then your picture display reappears. A check mark is displayed on all pictures/videos in your current location. 3. To remove all check marks, press , highlight Select / Unselect all and press OK. 4. Highlight Unselect all and press OK. A confirmation screen appears, then your picture display reappears. All check marks are removed. Also, you may download the user's guide at www.kodak.com/go/manuals

Phillips Photo Frame does not recognize SanDisk 1 BG SD card


I used a format program from http://www.sdcard.org/consumers/formatter/eula/
Nether Sandisk nor Phillips tells you the card needs to be formatted FIRST if it is
new and out of the package. It works fine now.......... in the Phillips Photo Frame model 8FF2FPB

If you do not format it first - your PC software WILL NOT even know it is inserted into your device!!

I need no further help on this
