The screen continues to come loose, it's the 4 screws that hold the pivot joint together. I've repaired this a few times, still need to purchase some loctite for these screws. This time, remounted the unit to the ceiling and could not power on the unit. I've metered the supply to the player itself and get 12.1V, but will not power on.
I'm stumped and really want to get this fixed. Would appreciate any help. Thanks, Mike
-   screen broke loose , I fixed the screen. I put everything back on but it does not power on. I check the fuses replace one but it did not work. does the unit come with a security feature?-   Guest

I am trying to get my dvd player down from the car ceiling and can't because of the cords are still connected. There are two DVDs stuck in it and I need to get to them. I see where the other guy posted that some brackets need to come out, but which ones? Thanks.
