Question about Avaya Lucent Partner 616 Phone
Can't get the language prompt to play when you call the system. We set it up for bilingual mode and recorded all the prompts/announcements, however when you call in the "Press 1 for English Press 2 for Spanish" does not play.
Are you sure it is a 4.0?
When you log into the admin mailbox, before you press the "9", press 7 instead, it will tell you the release of the voicemail.
