Question about LG 42LG50 42 in. LCD HDTV
I bought my LG 37" LCD HD TV about 6 months ago and noticed about 2 months in the picture started showing a 'ghosting' or outlining of images when there is a dark background and a light object in the foreground OR vice versa. Most noticable with the light object on dark background' I've tried everything in the set up menu but nothing seems to help. But it doesn't seem to be with every channel though so I'm not sure it is with the screen itself or with just certain channels. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are going through a VCR, make sure you have it in Port 1, or the primary connection. Sometimes they are sticking out the front and people use the alternate port at the back for tidyness, then it won't work.

ussally when u get coloerd outlined this idicates ether a convergence or a focuse problem.. the green convergence has become shifted. not lineing up with red and blue.. this also could indicate a green crt problem.. my advice is to get a tech to check it out.. it could be a simple adjustment or a whole new green crt

Try One of your working TVS and connect it to your cable outlet of the TV that is having problems. If that TV Does not work then there may be a degraded fitting or the Leg coming of the splitter to that outlet could have a Low Signal Problem
Next Take the First TV that was not working properly and put it on the cable outlet of one of the TVs that is working properly and if the TV set works on that Channel then you know it is not your TV that it must be the cable

Hi there, As far as i am aware all the vice versa places do not carry spares for the koala machines anymore. Im in scotland and tried, UK, Hong Kong, Italy, Spain and a couple of other with no luck whatsoever. I am a domestic coffee machine engineer and over the past few months have picked up some koala machines from here and there. If you contact David at email@example.com and let me know what it is you are after, i can see if i have it and get it sent out to you at best prices and cheap postage. Don't worry i distribute worldwide and have had no problems so far. Let me know what you think.
All the best

Check in the manual or with the manufacturer, but the TV should auto configure the picture based on the signal.
I have a Toshiba that does the same thing.
There is no mistake when HD is in effect, as the picture is superb.
