Take off light cover take out light there will be the iris arm on left hand side of lens put a small dab of oil on q tip very small amount put it on arm stay away from lens at all time use a small tool to move arm up and down a few times until it unfreeze`s that should help you out if not it could be the timer on bulb if so reset bulb time by going to option bulb time and hold down center key on remote for 3 seconds hope this helps
