Question about T-Mobile Dash Smartphone
MY DASH WAS WORKING FINE AT FIRST BUT A MONTH AFTER I GOT IT. IT STARTED ACTING UP WILL NOT POWER ON ALL THE WAY. WHEN I TRY TO WORK IT THE ONLY THING THAT HAPPENS IS THE RED LIGHT APERS WHERE THE GREEN LIGHT SUPPOSE TO BE ON POWER ON POWER OFF THE ONLY THE YOU SEE IS THE TMOBLIE START UP PAGE AND IT SAYS WINDOWS MOBILE AND THE TMOBILE END PAGE AND SHUT RIGHT BACK ON. Please help me get my phone in order thanks.
Try the usual, take the battery off and reset the phone using the button underneath where the battery was, put the battery back in place and then try to start your phone. If your still having the same problem then return to your service provider and have your phone either reprogrammed or possibly sent in for repair. hope this helps! :)
